Single Room - £60 per night
Double or Twin Room - £ 70 per night
prices include VAT and Continental Breakfast.
A full English Breakfast is available at £ 7.50
extra supplement.

All bedrooms have private shower/bathroom
and toilet en suite, colour television, and
tea/coffee making facilities.

Check in: after 1 pm    -   Check out:  prior to 11 am

Cancellation: In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, (ie 12.00 noon on day prior to arrival) an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
